These terms apply to the use of this website and to online classes provided by Ilmul Haq Global Quran Academy, an online academy based in Pakistan. By using the website or enrolling in classes, you agree to these terms.
Online classes
- All classes are delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet. Students are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection.
- Class days, times and teachers are agreed at enrolment and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
- Students and parents must follow our Class Rules & Policy.
Free trial
A free trial class may be offered so students can experience our teaching before enrolling. Offering a trial does not create any obligation to enrol.
Fees & payment
- Monthly fees must be paid in advance.
- Fee amounts and accepted payment methods are confirmed directly with each family at enrolment.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Conduct
Respect for the Holy Quran, teachers and class discipline is mandatory. The academy may suspend classes for continuous absence without notice or for behaviour that disrupts learning.
Recording & privacy
Classes should not be recorded or shared without the agreement of the academy and, where relevant, the student’s parent or guardian. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Website content
Content on this website, including the academy name and logo, belongs to Ilmul Haq Global Quran Academy and may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but it may change without notice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
