Class cancellations by students
- Parents or students should inform the academy at least 24 hours in advance if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Where notice is given in time, the academy will try to arrange a make-up class at a mutually convenient time, subject to teacher availability.
- Classes missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
- Continuous absence without notice may result in class suspension.
Class cancellations by the academy
If the academy needs to cancel a class, we will inform you as early as possible and offer a make-up class or an adjustment to the following month’s fee.
Monthly fees
- Monthly fees are paid in advance.
- To stop classes, please notify the academy before the start of the next billing month so that no further fee is due.
- Requests for refunds of fees already paid are reviewed individually by the academy. Any refund, full or partial, is at the academy’s discretion and depends on classes already delivered.
Free trial
Free trial classes are provided at no cost and no payment is required to attend them.
How to request
Please send cancellation or refund requests by email or WhatsApp with the student’s name and the details of your request. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
